Let's Do Lunch

So, I have finally settled on a plan that I can feel good about. I am doing the "Let's Do Lunch" plan. I've been following it for about a week now and I am loving it so far. I have no idea if I'm going to be able to lose weight on this plan but I am enjoying eating again. I'm not feeling the need to graze all day long, stuffing one thing and then another in my mouth to try and satisfy these crazy cravings I've been experiencing since Kimkins. It will be interesting to see if I can lose weight eating this way but right now it's enough that I don't feel crazy from the uncontrollable cravings anymore.

Hey Sweetie,
We dont care about losing weight is right. We care about being healtier and not eating 5 cupcakes on a bad day!!!! We feel good when we are not depressed and can zip up our pants. LDL is a gift from God that was experienced thru trial and error by Roger Troy Wilson and only when God sends you to this place and you eat the food for a couple of days and the lightbulb in your head finally goes on and you say....yeah this feels SOOOOO right!!!

Hey Debbie..thanks so much for visiting my blog and commenting. I am so thrilled to have found this plan. I'm sure the weight will come off now that I am eating healthy and not having those crazy cravings anymore. This is the best I have felt since leaving Kimkins!
