Obviously I am sorely in need of better time management skills! I never seem to have enough time to get everything done in a day. I have had the thought that I need to cut something out but I'm not sure what that would be..
So anyway, I realized this morning that I need to change my aproach to my blog. I need to think of it as an extension of my tracker and I need to update it every night or I get behind and then it's daunting! So that's the new plan.
I had my weigh in yesterday. I gained .4 of a pound. I wasn't surprised. This week will be better. I am making adjustments and moving forward.
So...Happy Saturday! I'll be back tonight!
