My WW meeting was a good turning point for me. Stepping on that scale and seeing my weight above 180 again was quite the reality check. I love my meetings!

So I am back at it.....reminding myself that it's not magical or mystical. It's choices.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal Pumpkin Breakfast Cookie
1/2 sliced apple
Coffee with SF creamer

I am working towards eliminating most, if not all, artificial sweeteners from my diet. I have given up diet soda and I think I'm going to go back to using half and half in my coffee. That's not to say that I won't use artificially sweetened products occasionally, but I'd like for them to not be such a big part of my regular diet. So there we go...

It's so true that the meetings can make all the difference.
They can also make a fantastic start to a great week :)
Sweeteners is something I need to work on as well.
