Friday November 30, 2012



Anyone who reads this has probably already figured out that when I'm not doing so well I tend to avoid my blog. This past week was not so good. I seem to start the week determined to do better than the week before, only to fall right back into old habits within days!

Once again I am staring a new week determined to make healthy choices. The holiday season is tough. It seems like the perfect storm of circumstances comes together during the holidays to make it more difficult to stay the course.

I have a plan. I'm going to make one healthy choice at a time. I'm going to do my best and be kind to myself. I am continuing with my goal of staying under 30-33 PointsPlus per day and earning 2-4 ActiveLink points per day.

My Weight Watcher meeting is on Friday morning. I gained 1.6 pounds.

I stayed on plan yesterday. :)

Breakfast:
PB2 and Banana Sandwich
Coffee with half and half

Lunch:
Veggie Burger on a sandwich thin
With FF cheese, tomato, and
spinach.
Sliced Apple

Dinner:
Rotisserie chicken breast
With BBQ sauce
Mixed Vegetables with olive oil

Snack:
Pumpkin Spice Yogurt
(Nonfat Greek yogurt mixed with canned pumpkin, stevia, and pumpkin pie spice)
5 PointsPlus

700 pounds is as bad as it sounds said...

Awesome! Great "I get knocked down, but I get up again, and they're never gonna keep me down" type attitude. Success is bound to come this way!
