I started the day with a 4.28 mile walk/jog. It was 34 degrees outside when I did it!! Brrrrr. My legs are sore and stiff from my new workout routine but I feel good about the direction my exercise is going.
I had dinner with the girls from my Tuesday night Bible study group. It was pot luck. I had chicken breast with a tomato/feta salad topping, kale salad, a dinner roll and a sliver of carrot cake. I have no way really of getting an accurate PointsPlus count so I just guesstimated it at 35 PointsPlus.
