WhooHoo!!! I did it!! I stayed on plan for an entire week!!
This morning (Friday) is my Weight Watcher meeting. I'm excited to see what the scale has to say. Although I have had really good weeks before and gained or stayed the same....but I am expecting to see a loss this week.
On Wednesday morning I did the full 30 minute workout from the PointsPlus sampler workout DVD that came in my 360 Success Packet. Oh.My.Goodness! It didn't seem really hard to do the workout, but I am so sore that its hard to sit down! So, needless to say, I didn't run on Thursday! I walked to work and then walked the longer way home, for a total of 3.5 miles.
Okay...I'm off to my Weight Watchers meeting!!!
