Friday morning weigh in at my Weight Watcher meeting. I'm down 1.2 pounds this week for a total of 48.4 pounds. I'm closing in on 50 pounds!! So close!!! I want that 50 pound milestone so much. I'm hoping it will be next week. I plan to do my part to make it happen but I do realize that weight loss can be fickle and it might not happen. But I really feel like its going to!!
I'm still working on curbing night time snacking. Tonight I had a cup of vanilla hazelnut tea. It was really nice.
Here's what I ate today...
Breakfast:
Coffee with SF vanilla creamer
Low Fat Whole Grain waffles
With
PB2 Peanut Butter
And sliced banana

Lunch:
Pita sandwich made with a western alternative pita, roast beef, FF cheese slice, spinach and tomatoes, with honey mustard
Carrots zapped in the microwave with salt.
Diet raspberry white tea

Snack:
Sliced apple
Dinner:
Leftover chicken, potatoes, and sauce, with Shirataki noodles, snap peas and broccoli
Cantaloupe and mango chunks
