Today I was honored to sit on a success panel at my Weight Watchers location open house. I got to tell a little of my story and how my life has changed.
I ran (wogged...walk/jog intervals) 5.52 miles this morning.
Breakfast was a smoothie made with WW smoothie mix, a banana, and a mini vita cake.
I had some watermelon and a banana around mid-day and them we went to Olive Garden for dinner. I had angel hair pasta with marinara sauce and meatballs, with a serving of dinner salad. I skipped the breadsticks and had water to drink.
