Oh my goodness! What a mess!

So...this morning we are getting rid of our old entertainment center and installing our new (used) unit. Well, actually we are SUPPOSED to be doing this but we're really upstairs in our office trying to get motivated to get it all done. I am blogging and Vern is reading news stories to me.

We are giving the old unit away on craigslist and we're waiting for the people to come and get it. They were supposed to be on their way but are now having car trouble...so we're waiting and it's good excuse to put off the hard work!

So anyway....my tiny little condo is in a complete state of chaos! I think you'll agree! If we ever get it all set back up I'll share the "after" photos! We're getting rid of the dark colored unit and 27 inch TV and keeping the blond unit from Ikea and the larger TV. Right now it's all just stacked all over the place! We're going to be completely rearranging the living room. Vern and I are both creatures who dislike change so this is a big deal to us!...LOL

On to yesterday's menu....

Breakfast was one cup of plain yogurt sweetened with stevia and spiced up with cinnamon, one half cup of Fiber One cereal, and one half of an apple. i had my usual morning coffee as well, two cups with a tablespoon of SF hazelnut creamer in each for a total of 4 points.

Lunch was a bowl (2 cups) of Progresso Light Italian Soup and two slices of cheese toast made with Sarah Lee Light Bread, and fat free cheese slices. 3.5 points

My afternoon snack was an apple and peanut butter dipping sauce made with one tablespoon of peanut butter mixed with some Walden Farms Pancake Syrup. I used regular peanut butter. I want to get some PB2 but it's not sold anywere near here and they only sell it by the case on the website. I don't know if it's good enough to order a whole case! so...my snack was 3 points

Dinner was some fajita stuff that my son cooked for me and some microwaved veggies...along with a diet cherry coke zero. That was some yummy soda! I don't even know the points for dinner. I think it was fine but I don't know how much oil or whatever he put in it. We got the entertainment center from him and he cooked us dinner when we went up to get it.

I was hungry when we finally got home and hauled everything into the house so I had a bowl of cereal again. One cup of puffed kamut, a half a cup of Fiber One, a banana and a cup of skim milk. 5 points

OK...now I have to go eat something and tackle that living room!

I love PB2!! Like you, I didn't want to order 4 jars of it in case I didn't like it, so I ordered a jar on Ebay. It was a little pricey that way (6.99 for a jar!), but it was better than being stuck with 4 jars of stuff I hated! That was not the case(no pun intended!) though, I love it!!!

Good luck getting your new unit up and running:)

Marisa...Thanks so much for your opinion of PB2. Maybe I'll just go ahead and order a case. I'm sure I'd find a use for it even if I'm ot crazy about it as peanut butter. I could always use it in Thai peanut sauce. Thanks again!
