Note: It was Friday and I was out of salad type stuff at work. Not wanting to buy fresh produce only to have it sit in the fridge all weekend, and because I had some grape tomatoes and a can of black beans in the back, I came up with this tomato with black beans salad. It was awesome! I simply mixed them with balsamic vinegar and a tsp of mayonnaise.
