I finally did it! I walked to work this morning. I have been saying for two weeks now that I was going to start walking to work again. It's been too long! I finally did it. It felt good!

Glad you are blogging again. Glad you are taking control of your health. Sorry I haven't been a daily reader yet... had surgery at the beginning of the week. Some days are harder than others... but it's all working out. Happy Friday.
